Do not let our enthusiasm for Oregon Pinot overshadow the fact that Oregon produces a wide spectrum of other delicious red wines which include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel and many others. Oregon’s major white varietal is Pinot Gris. Oregon has many other white varietals that you will enjoy. These include, Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Muller Thurgau, Viognier and others. We also need to include the excellent dessert and sparkling wines.
